This is the third time that I have ordered Boat names from VCG and I have only come back again because their product is so good. The web site Vinyl Lettering Designer is so easy to use and the product when delivered is excellent, as promised and easy to apply with the simple instructions given If I consider the product good, then I do not have words flattering enough to describe their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes once in awhile. VCG did not make any mistakes - I did - but Michelle sorted out to my complete satisfaction with extreme courtesy and kindness. Well done all.
